INDUSTRY-FIRST ELECTRIC STEERING
- An electric motor directly moves and secures the outboard, rather than using typical electro-hydraulics. This delivers responsive, precise, leak-free steering; streamlines rigging and requires less power an maintenance than a typical electro-hydraulic system.
TOTALTILT™ FUNCTION WITH INTEGRATED TILT LIMIT
- A double tap of the UP or DOWN button will move the outboard through its tilt and trim range automatically stopping at the pre-set tilt limit in the UP position or upon trim ram contact in the DOWN position.
PLASMA-FUSED SLEEVELESS CYLINDER
- Plasma-fused sleeveless cylinders allowed us to enlarge cylinder bores without increasing cylinder dimensions.
VARIABLE CAMSHAFT TIMING
- It advances the intake camshafts in order to vary the intake timing. This increases intake and exhaust efficiency for greater torque in the mid-range rpm.
